Just for the record:
- After a slow start, it turned into quite a game. I was surprised that neither defense could seem to make a stop when the game was on the line in the fourth quarter. Delhomme was amazing with those deep throws. The Patriots were hurt when Rodney Harrison was injured, the secondary seemed out of sync after that.
- I don’t understand what John Fox was doing with the two-point conversion. There was really no need to go for it and the point came back to haunt him.
- Yes, the half-time show was lame and offensive. They are usually just mildly lame, this year they were an insult to adults everywhere. Bad music and bad taste, pathetic.
- The commercials were under-whelming. I liked the Budweiser one with the dogs and the Fed Ex one with the alien. But none of them were Wow inducing. Most just made you chuckle to yourself.
- Funny how Tom Brady is a two time Super Bowl MVP. It is nice to see a Michigan QB do well in the NFL. This is the type of career I thought Brian Griese would have, but it hasn’t worked out for Brian. Now if the Steelers can sign Drew Henson . . .

The Pirates might have more use for him, although Henson does not seem to be impressing the Yankees all that much. Speaking of Michigan QB’s, whatever happened to Jim Harbaugh, the breaker of Bear fan’s hearts? His career didn’t quite work out either.
